Created in 2011 by a group of young activists, Damj, the Tunisian Association for Justice and Equality, is an organization that aims to defend and promote the human rights of LGBTQIA+ people in Tunisia.

Vision

The individual thrives and realizes their self-worth more harmoniously within a community of diverse, just and equal individuals – a society where all peoples can safely enjoy their rights and freedoms.

Mission

The Tunisian Association for Justice and Equality works to integrate and defend minorities and marginalized groups, including the queer community, by celebrating the individual and strengthening their capabilities to enhance their integration into society.

The Association Values are: inclusiveness, respect, solidarity, confidentiality, commitment and integrity.

Goals / objectives
